Are you looking for part-time work? We are seeking an Admin/ Social Media Coordinator to assist Aldo & Jasmin, Windermere Real Estate in day to day tasks. This includes but is not limited to, creating and managing social media content, scheduling social media posts, creating flyers, postcards, brochures as needed and sending them to clients, creating advertising campaigns and reporting results of reach, and other social media and advertising needs in order create new leads that are looking to buy or sell a home. This may include other projects and we are open to new ideas.

Responsibilities
• Manage content, messages, and campaigns for Aldo & Jasmin, Windermere Real Estate.
• Create reports that summarize daily campaign performance, site activity, and message content and communicate to management

  • Create postcards, brochures and flyers
  • Send out postcards, brochures and flyers as needed
  • Create social media ads that drive traffic to our website lead capture system.
  • Market all listings and open houses in a way that creates traffic and new leads
  • Give educated input on marketing strategies for multiple sites and pages
  • Monitor, report on and implement social media trends

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer and communication skills
  • Team skills, and the ability to work well with others
  • Ability to take high direction as needed
  • Knowledge of social media sites and site management; including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create social media ads that drive traffic to our website lead capture system.
  • Market all listings and open houses in a way that creates additional opportunities to find clients.
  • Give educated input on marketing strategies for multiple sites and pages
  • Monitor, report on and implement social media trends
